| This two-day course is designed for septic system professionals who want to be a DNR certified time of transfer inspector. You must have an approval letter from the DNR before registering. Day 1 will be virtual instruction of the DNR TOT code requirements for TOT inspections for real estate transactions and state standardized inspection methods for various septic systems. Day 2 - Meet In-Person to finish covering system inspections ending with a hands on TOT inspection to demonstrate knowledge and a final exam. Must have approval from DNR to register for class. This course is funded by a grant for technical assistance training from the EPA for County Sanitarians, Iowa DNR, Boards of Health, and Boards of Supervisors. | |
